Rodrigo is now an AI Math Expert, having transitioned careers after working with me from August to October 2024. Two key outcomes were that he chose a whole new career, and secured a new job in his chosen field.

What was going on for you before we started working together?

I had given up on finding any meaningful job that would pay me well and bring me a sense of accomplishment.

What difference has working together made to you?

I've finally got a resume that really shows what I can do. Now, I feel way more confident applying for jobs and dealing with interviews. And even before the coaching sessions wrapped up, I’d already landed a job in the field I wanted!

What did it help you achieve, which you believe you couldn't have done working on your own?

A job in my area of choice and the perspective of building a career.

What did you like about the programme?

Having a person who understands the challenges of being an autistic person looking for a space in the market.
The attention to the specifics, the creativity in proposing solutions, the direct and open communication. Everything.
